Who We Are

HEALTH ABILITY is a SIRA‑accredited NSW Workplace Rehabilitation Provider and part of ABILITY GROUP. We specialise in helping injured workers recover at work or return to work safely, sustainably and with confidence. We work with employers, insurers, doctors and workers to deliver outcomes that support people while protecting businesses and the integrity of workers’ compensation schemes.

How We Work

Our approach is person‑centred and outcome‑driven. We take an active lead role in every case through structured planning, regular communication and clear accountability. Decisions are grounded in clinical evidence, legislation and real‑world job demands, ensuring return‑to‑work outcomes are safe, practical and sustainable.

We provide evidence‑based workplace rehabilitation, return‑to‑work coordination and injury prevention services. Our allied health professionals manage claims proactively, align stakeholders early and focus on functional capacity, not assumptions, to reduce claim duration, minimise costs and achieve durable employment outcomes.
